The app blocked my account all of the sudden

I got blocked out of no where and they didn’t warn me if there was anything wrong I tried appealing but it didn’t receive any reply Im disappointed and i need to connect with the people i met
*Update* I tried it already to connect support by email and website and all i got is that we don't support ur region without saying which region they cover
