bots slow down the queue

never in my life have i seen this awful treatment to a user. approximate waiting time in the queue is about 6-7 hours (!!! which is ridiculous!!!) it's absoulute torture not to be able even to buy tickets at the end because the map doesn’t even load!!!! do something with scalpers, resellers and bots!!!

Discrimination and nothing else! For foreigners, it either doesn't work or is terribly slow! You are promoting Korean accounts by deliberately slowing down foreign IP addresses!! Shame on you!

Of all the things you could have improved, you only made things worse. No one needs an application that works with constant errors, finish the work to the end first, and then release the application. Constant mistakes, constantly throwing people out of line, people sit in queues for DAYS to sit on the map for 10 minutes, while there is no such time limit on the Korean version of the site. This is as unfair as possible towards foreigners. The layout of the hall itself is terrible, nothing is clear, you constantly need to switch between sectors. You made facepass to protect against overbidding and bots, but it did not help in the fight against them, as there were a huge number of overbiddings and remained, but instead of solving this problem, you are updating the interface and making artificial queue slowdowns THAT NO ONE NEEDED. At least go in and see how many tickets are sold on third-party sites for a lot of money, why don't you fight it in any way? concert tickets are simply impossible to catch. I've been sitting in line for 3 weeks now and I haven't been able to catch a single ticket because they're all being snagged by overbooking scripts. Why is the site still skipping such people?

Discrimination and unfair treatment towards international fans.

What happened to the website? What fight against resellers and bots is actually being done? While there used to be at least a small chance of getting a ticket, now it’s simply impossible. In the first few days, who buys up all the tickets? Resellers, and they sell them for 2-4 times the price. Are you really joking and not noticing this? What a bad joke. Now we sit in line for 10 hours and can't do anything else because this queue can drop at the slightest hiccup. In the end, who will actually go to the concerts?
Additionally, the Korean ticketing system does not have a time limit on the card, while Global does, and it's just 10 minutes. Seriously? What honesty are we talking about when the same resellers are sitting on the Korean platform and reselling their tickets?
It’s disgusting and sad that to fulfill my dream of attending a concert, I now have to spend my health, money, and a huge amount of time on it.

unfair and discriminatory treatment of global fans

Waited 10 hours in queue only to get 10 minutes on the ticket map while Korean accounts get unlimited time.
You say you’re fighting resellers, but they still use scripts and macros through Korean Interpark while global fans get punished with harsh time limits and a slowed queue.
This isn’t fairness — it’s discrimination.
If you’re offering a “global” platform, treat global fans with the same respect.
Right now, this feels like a rigged system that favors locals and exploits international fans.
