Have to work on that app
The app is quite interesting but you have to fix a lot of problems. First of all please do something with the bad comments. It’s impossible to have so many haters in a fancafe app + most of them have an ace membership. Ban them. Do something. And second fix the bubble. We are paying money for that feature and you can’t provide us with good service!!!!! Our messages can’t be sent, then some messages from the artist just disappear. And the last thing we have the opportunity to send only 3 messages and your app just doubles the message!!!! Why??

the app is full of hate
this app supposed to be a safe place for fans and artists but it’s not.
you created rules but you don’t take actions against the users who are harassing artists and break the rules in a daily basis.
if i could rate it lower I’d do that.

can’t save?
the app doesn’t have any function to save pics EVEN for the paid membership users which is very frustrating and should be updated in the future. you may argue that paid content is uploaded only for viewing purposes, but the thing is - i can still save it by taking a screenshot, and then it seems like we’re just not getting the hq version of the photos? after paying for the ace membership? come on. please, do something about it in the future.
