Good app but the OTP case ruined all positive moments

I used to the Ozan for a couple of months…
At the current moment I’m unable to log in to the app as the Ozan doesn’t send OTP to Russian mobile numbers.
Please add another way to get OTP.
I’ve got confirmed email address and will be able to get OTP via it.
I wrote the message to support but I haven’t received any answer.

No SMS, no verification, no support

Back when SMS codes were still being sent to Russian numbers, I applied for an account and uploaded my docs. Then, I waited for two full weeks and no one approved or declined my request. I deleted the app, installed it again and now I can’t even log in. No SMS are sent to Yota (Russia).
I’m also unable to receive SMS to Magti (Georgia) because of stupid phone number validation rules, the app says my number doesn’t exist, it has no idea that +995 511 is a perfectly working Magti prefix. Support ignores me for a month now, all emails were left without an answer. Even their website gives 404 error when you try to open the FAQ section.
Complete garbage.

Смог успешно зарегистрироваться по состоянию на 27 мая 2022!
Пытался зарегистрироваться трижды - в первый раз ответили в течение ~2 часов (отказали), отправил данные во второй раз с того же аккаунта — молчание вот уже несколько дней... Для третьего раза зарегистрировался заново с другого телефона, отправил в этот раз все верные данные и одобрили уже буквально через 10-20 минут!
Из всего этого вывод: попытка быстро зарегистрироваться у вас ОДНА! Повторные попытки с того же аккаунта банк филонит только в путь, про отсутствие ответа от техподдержки другие люди тоже пишут.
Пройдемся по порядку с наиболее часто возникающими у людей проблемами:
1) Код верификации на телефон мне пришел на оба номера в течение 20-30 сек (оператор МТС, возможно вам не приходит именно из-за оператора, ведь пополнение баланса/оплата в AppStore с мобильника теперь тоже не со всех операторов работает).
2) Используйте для верификации загран.
3) Самое запутанное - ввод данных паспорта. В первую строку вводим номер паспорта БЕЗ пробела. Во вторую вводим дату рождения в обратном порядке (например, дата рождения 27 мая 1985 г это 27.05.85, то есть в обратном — 850527). В третью строку вводим дату окончания срока паспорта также в обратном порядке (например, дата окончания 12 июня 2030 г это 12.06.30, то есть в обратном — 300612).
4) На этапе улыбки улыбайтесь максимально.
5) На этапе видео можете рукой помахать и себя со всех сторон показать.

Попробуй верифицируйся

Видимо для верификации нужно продать душу, 5 аккаунтов создал, не проходят, так еще и пишут что не верифицировали, попробуйте снова, а при открытии пишет заявка отправлена. Кто-то вместо себя морду собаки подставляет и его учётку подтверждают, видимо придется завести осла
